Daily stagesWe did not keep a log about our daily stages, but we would estimate it was an average of about 100 km per day. We would have been able to cover larger distances (the country is quite flat and there is not always headwind), however, it was not necessary since we managed to make the tour in the time available.Most of the other cyclists we met, drove a similar number of kilometers a day. Due to that we continously met some thousands of kilometers. It was always nice to have a chat with other bikers and we got a lot of information too. |
