G day and Welcome!
August 2002, our jobs are cancelled, the car is sold and after saying goodbye to all our friends the journey can start. Our plan is to cycle around Australia. Just as long as it makes us happy.Meanwhile one year has passed and our odometer displays 20.000 km more. We have cycled around Australia, our visas are expired and no money is left. We are at home again - its nice here too - however, the wanderlust has still not gone.
Since the internet is one of the few possiblities to satisfy our itchy feet at the moment, here our contribution for other globetrotters at home:
On this sites we write about our impressions and experiences. Beside journey reports and a lot of pictures you can expect general information about the country and its people, advices for the organisation of a journey through Australia and interesting link tips. In addition to special information for bikers we probably also have some things worth knowing for Australia-interested Non-Bikers.
