Spiders
With more than 1500 kinds of spiders there are also a few poisonous ones in Australia. The two most venomous ones are the Sydney Funnel Web Spider (exists only in the surrounding of Sydney) and the Redback Spider (in the Outback). Hence you should always look out, if you pick up stones, boughs, etc. Even under the toilet seat they ostensibly can hide sometimes. For adults the poison of a spider is not perilous normally since there is an antiserum. But it is absolutely necessary to call on a doctor!The spiders we caught sight of, were fascinating - especially because of their size.
